SHALLOW LAKE - On Saturday the 28th of May 2022, Brad Robertson, law enforcement officer in Grey-Bruce County and athlete at Kilian Academy, showcased his skills to obtain his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Brad Robertson, who commenced his training in February 2019, presented his peerless demonstration to be awarded his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The demonstration was recorded and produced in an athlete-focused mini-documentary about Brad and his journey. This is the first chapter of Brad's journey.

As a friend to Kilian Academy, Professor Gregg King of King Jiu-Jitsu, also attended the demo and shared his expertise with the Academy athletes.

Kilian Academy subscribes to both the Roy Harris and Roy Dean approach to advance an athlete to the next level, through skill demonstration. Kilian Academy is Roy Dean Affiliated BJJ-Academy and Shogun Martial Arts Dojo in Owen Sound, Ontario.
